Old school! Okay, so this classic song was bumping from the speakers at Bed, one of the posh, $15 dollars a drink clubs located in the Meatpacking District, this past Friday night. Usually, this isn't my scene, but considering my high school friend just came in to town, and I wanted to give her a glimpse of SITC, I deferred to this interesting milieu, sporting Hampton-white sheets (pic is deceiving) and plush beds to let the dancing patrons commingle seamlessly with the soporific lot.

Weekend round-up: Borat. Getting burned by a hot pole at a semi-waspy, but surprisingly fun Princeton party. Losing my Blackberry to get it returned the following morning. Urgent shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
Hopefully, next week i'll have some old and new tunes to share as i'm looking to go to the current Bob Dylan exhibit at the Morgan Library this upcoming weekend.
